  • Can I book a Va-Jacial and Brazilian Wax the same day?
    No, you CAN NOT receive a Va-Jacial and Brazilian Wax on the same day. We recommend booking these services 7 days apart from each other, with a Brazilian wax being done first.
  • What should I avoid doing before receiving a facial?
    We suggest to STOP using all products that includes active ingredients that are exfoliating, no waxing/shaving, laser, electrolysis, and no tanning 7 days before receiving a facial.
  • Can I book a Naked Skin Assessment and a Facial the same day?
    Once the assessment is over, the esthetician will recommend a facial that can be done the same day if time permits, or booked for a later visit. If you choose to do the facial the same day you will be paying for an additional service. We recommend for you to read the descriptions of our facials, and choose the facial or service which best fits your concerns. Once at your appointment your service provider will briefly discuss other options and may switch if time permits.
  • Can I add extractions to my facial?
    Extractions are included in ALL of our facials, EXCEPT for the Naked Skin Assessment, and SWICH Dermal Rejuvenation Facial. Unfortunately you CAN NOT pay for or add extra.
  • Which facial should I book?
    Some great first time facials for someone with ANY type of skin concerns, would be, Clarifying Detox Facial, Acne Academy Treatment (Initial), Hydrating+AHA Renewal Facial, and or Deep Cleanse 4-Layer Enzyme Facial. We DO NOT suggest choosing the Signature Naked Facial if you have ANY type of skin concerns. Once at your appointment your service provider will consult with you about other options, if any and time permits.
  • Price and or Service Change?
    All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
  • I'm Pregnant, which facial should I book?"
    We always encourage you to first check with your physician for consent on ANY spa services. You can view our Service menu and look for the facials that has a *Pregnancy Safe disclaimer in their description. If you are experiencing Acne, we suggest Acne Academy Treatment (initial) If you are experiencing any other type of skin concerns such as; melasma(pregnancy mask), dryness, dullness/texture, or mild breakouts, we suggest Triple Berry Brightening Facial, Oxygen Hydrafacial, or Hydrating + AHA Renewal Facial If you have NO major skin concerns and would like a basic clean up with some relaxation, we suggest Signature Naked Facial, or Signature Hydrafacial. Once at your appointment your service provider will consult with you about other options, if any and time permits.
  • Why did my service provider change after I booked my appointment?
    In some instances, the spa will need to change providers of the same gender based on availability.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
    ARRIVAL TIME If you're not checked in 15min after the start time of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will automatically be charged the cancellation fee of 100% of your total service amount, and your appointment will be cancelled. CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment(s). If you're unable to log into your account to cancel your appointment, calling and speaking with a Naked associate before the end of the previous business day, during normal business hours is acceptable for 24 hours' notice. Less than 24hr cancellation/reschedule and No call/No show appointments will be charged 100% of your total service amount to the card we have on file. Cancellation charges due to you running more than 15min late, and same day cancellation/rescheduled appointments are subject to possibly be honored, ONLY if a service appointment is available immediately following your original scheduled appointment time, with the same service provider, on the same the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced. Otherwise you will be required to re-book a new appointment. If you fail to adhere to the policies described above and you’re charged the proper fees but your credit/debit card declines, Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC may reach out to you for updated credit/debit card information. Upon Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC receiving your updated credit/debit card information you will be charged fee(s) owed. If updated credit/debit card information is not received, please be advised that you can ONLY book services online which requires a deposit, or you can be a Walk-In guest until a valid credit/debit card is on file and payment is received for fee(s) owed.
  • I have an appointment scheduled on Tuesday and I called the Spa on Monday to cancel. Will I still be charged the less than 24hr cancellation fee?
    If you are able to cancel your appointment from the link in your appointment reminder, great! No fee will be applied. However, if the system won't allow you to cancel your appointment online, and prompts you have to call us, unfortunately Yes you will be charged. We are closed on Sunday & Monday and can not make any schedule changes until next business day. As stated in our policy, Appointments scheduled on a Tuesday MUST be cancelled by end of business day Saturday to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • What if I’m running late for my scheduled appointment?
    If you're not checked in 15min after the start time of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will automatically be charged the cancellation fee of 100% of your total service amount, and your appointment will be cancelled. Calling the spa as a courtesy to inform us of your tardiness/ETA is greatly appreciated, and may be subject to accommodations, but by doing so, this DOES NOT override the Policy stated above. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your services will not be extended. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, the full fee for your service will still be charged.
  • Why was my appointment cancelled?
    *If you received a cancellation email for an upcoming appointment Always refer to the cancellation message included in your email, as it will reflect the cancellation reason. Chances are you have booked the wrong service, and have been prompted to re-book the correct service. Example: If you booked an Acne Academy Treatment facial (2 week maintenance) but have never received the Acne Academy Treatment facial (Initial), or you are past 2 weeks from your last facial, your appointment will be cancelled. *This applies to any of our services that are offered at a special price for returning within an allotted time frame from your initial visit. *While this is a VERY rare instance. Sometimes an appointment may show available and multiple people may be viewing/booking simultaneously. The system will then cancel one appointment because of the no longer availability. *Our Booking System occasionally goes under construction and this will reflect at times during booking. If certain times are no longer showing available, we suggest joining our online wait list, calling the spa for last minute schedule openings and or re-checking the online booking system daily.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Sunday & Monday Closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm Thursday 10:00am - 7:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Do you take Walk-Ins?
    Yes! Majority of our walk-in guest only wait 5-15min. However, we can’t guarantee immediate service to walk-in guest. We recommend calling us first to see if there is immediate availability, or checking online for same day appointment times and trying your luck with walking in at the time you saw available online. However, times shown online and requesting walk-in availability over the phone DOES NOT guarantee you a spot at that time, nor does it guarantee you will be serviced right away upon arrival.
  • What age can my child receive a facial?
    We recommend children can start receiving facials at 14 years of age. Of course it is always up to the parents personal preference, and consent.
  • Do you offer spa parties?
    At this time we no longer offer spa parties, however feel free call the spa during our normal business hours, with the details of your party and we will try to accommodate you.
  • Do you do Male Brazilians, if so what does it include?"
    Yes we do Male Brazilians. It's listed on the menu as a BroZilian, and it includes waxing of the genitals, testicles, and waxing the inside of the Buttocks (Butt strip).
  • How early should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?
    We recommend New Naked Goers to arrive at least 5mins before their scheduled appointment to familiarize themselves with our facility.
  • Children, Babies, and Guest not being serviced.
    DO NOT bring extra guests. We are a boutique-sized Spa with limited space. So that scheduled guests and walk-in guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please leave children, babies, and extra guests who are not being serviced left behind. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • If I have questions or concerns, when should I expect to hear back from someone?
    While sometimes our response is fairly quick, same day or 24hrs, we ask that you please allow us 24-48hrs (During business hours) to respond to all text messages through the client portal, emails, voicemails, and callbacks.
  • What type of wax do you use?
    We use a hard film wax, and a soft strip CBD wax for certain small areas of the face and body.
  • What is CBD? Will it get me high?
    CBD also known as Cannabidiol is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana). CBD is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is the cousin of the marijuana plant. No! CBD will NOT get you high. CBD is a hemp-based ingredient that differs from the strains of marijuana cultivated for their psychoactive drug use.
  • Do you take Spa Finder gift cards and or HSA credit cards?
    No. At this time, we do not accept either of those two forms of payment.
  • What are the precautions this spa is taking during the pandemic?
    We are following the following safety procedures: *Customers are required to sign our Covid-19 form when booking an appointment. *Mask worn upon entering, while in the waiting area, and moving about in the spa by customers. *Mask worn by employees *Temperture checks upon entering *Contact-less check-in and check out *Not allowing customers to bring extra guests *We are using disposable linens and spa robes *Employess are washing their hands before, during, and after servicing customers *Treatment rooms, door handles, and counter tops are sanitized after each customer *We ask customers to download our booking app Vagaro, so that they can check in through the app once they arrive, instead of waiting inside. *We are practicing social distancing by not allowing over booking to avoid having you pass the customer before or after you
  • Shipping
    Please allow 3 to 5 business days for online orders and in spa pre-paid orders. For in spa pre-paid orders, if you did not pay for your item(s) to be shipped to your home, once your order has arrived, we will call to inform you that your order is ready for pick-up. You have 7 days from then to pick up your order. *ALL in spa pre-orders that are not picked up after 14 days, and has not communicated with us beforehand, will be marked as non pick-up. Such orders will be returned to our distributor or re-stocked, and there is no monies back.
  • Return/Refund Policy
    We DO NOT offer exchanges, refunds or returns on ANY products and services. For online orders, we highly recommend using our online chat system to ask a Naked Representative any and all questions, or calling the spa during our normal business hours to speak with one of our Naked associates before online purchases if you have ANY questions.
