One-on-one addressing any skincare concerns you may have. Clients are encouraged to prepare questions prior to the assessment. Your skin will be viewed under a wood's lamp, lightly and quickly cleansed, moisturized, and followed with a Spf. Our esthetician will provide product samples with instructions on how to use and suggest products for purchase. By the end of the assessment, you’ll be sure of the facial you will need and ready to book your next appointment! (This is NOT a full facial)
We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve you, please be advised of these policies. ARRIVAL TIME If you're not checked in 15mins after the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the no call/no show fee of 100% of your total service amount. Pre-paid appts. will lose your deposit. CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment(s). If you're unable to log into your account to cancel your appointment, calling and speaking with a Naked associate before the end of the previous business day, during normal business hours is acceptable for 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling/Canceling your appointment(s) less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of your total service amount to the card we have on file. In the case of Pre-paid appts. you will not be refunded your 50% deposit. No call/No shows will be charged 100% of your total service amount to the card we have on file. If you fail to adhere to the policies described above and you’re charged the proper fees but your credit/debit card declines, Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC may reach out to you for updated credit/debit card information. Upon Naked Skincare & Waxing LLC receiving your updated credit/debit card information you will be charged fee(s) owed. If updated credit/debit card information is not received, please be advised that you can ONLY book services online by paying a deposit in full, or you can be a Walk-In guest until a valid credit/debit card is on file and payment is received for fee(s) owed.
