Yes. Please note: A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. After booking, you will receive a confirmation text/email with a link to complete your reservation. You will have 15 minutes to submit your reservation fee. If not completed within that time, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

Yes. All services booked online or in-house require a 50% non-refundable reservation fee to secure and reserve your appointment time.

If you're not checked in 15min after the start time of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will automatically be charged the cancellation fee of 100% of your total service amount, and your appointment will be cancelled. Calling the spa as a courtesy to inform us of your tardiness/ETA is greatly appreciated, and may be subject to accommodations, but by doing so, this DOES NOT override the Policy stated above. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your services may not be extended. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, the full fee for your service will still be charged.

Yes! Products can be purchased online at your convenience for in-store pickup. Simply shop online using the link below and select “Store Pickup” at checkout. Available pickup times are shown in real time every 10 minutes based on availability. The process works similar to booking an appointment — you’ll reserve a pickup time for your order. While sometimes our response is fairly quick, same day or 24hr, we ask that you please allow us 24-48hr (During our normal operating business hours) to respond to all emails, voicemails, and callbacks. Please limit your extra guests to one. Extra Guest under no circumstances are not allowed inside of treatment rooms with you. We are a boutique-sized Spa with limited space. So that scheduled guests and walk-in guests are comfortable and accommodated with ease, please leave children, babies, and extra guests who are not being serviced left behind.
